Odessa, TX – Home Sweet Home for the Permian Boys cross country team as they took First Place in the Odessa Invitational held at University of Texas – Permian Basin course on Thursday.
Mojo captain Christian Chavez (16:30.84) claimed the top spot in individual performance. Andy Sotelo (17:45.34) grabbed fifth place and Adriel Hinojos (17:58.72) placed seventh to secure Top 10 finishes.
Raeley Howard (20:01.59) finished second and Kendall Mathis (21:34.81) took sixth for Top 10 honors in the Girls division. It should be noted that Permian competed without its full complement of runners.
